How a situation is born in the collaborative metamodel, read from the cause to the effect: an asset generates a potential, its susceptibility generates a potentiality, the potentiality creates an actuality, and a problem impacts assets.

What the metamodel allows
These are the connection rules of Collaborative_MetaModel.xml; docs/tools/validate-site.py fails when this table and the metamodel differ. Stock, Territory and Resource inherit from Asset; Person, Good and Group from Resource; Sensor from Good.

03 · Rules of the chain
What the engine relies on
No edge between a potential and a potentiality. The susceptibility condition generates the potentiality by naming it in its 2L code; the Has interceptor reads those names to clone the potentialities with the potential.
A risk and the actuality it creates are never active together. While the actuality is ACTIVE nothing reactivates the risk, which comes back with its current probability when the actuality disappears.
